I specialize in prevention and improvement of physical and metabolic decline. As we get older, we will experience a gradual worsening of physical abilities, quality of life and function. Our independence is going to suffer. It is a natural part of the aging process. The rate and severity will vary between individuals.
Metabolic decline means a gradual decrease in the body’s ability to manage the process of converting food into energy and burn calories leading to weight gain, fatigue, decreased energy and increased risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
Physical and metabolic decline can be prevented, decreased or managed by following proper nutrition and developing and maintaining the maximal amount of muscle mass in your body and maximizing function. All of this is supported by restorative sleep and stress management.
I'm offering 12-week long on-line programs specifically designed to your needs and goals. Programs based on a holistic approach and involving personalized coaching and phased strategy to achieve lasting lifestyle changes. Changes that will lead to improved health, function, longevity and quality of life.
